Chubb (CB) has been a very strong performer for us, rising approximately 15% over a period where the Russell 3000 Value Index has been relatively flat.

The shares have surpassed my revised $147.50 target and now appear to be fully valued at 1.25X year-end book value. The stock has benefited in recent weeks from being a safe haven, with less potential impact from the trade wars than most other companies, but I think this is an advantage that will go away as hurricane season approaches.
