Market Alert: As we round at the month we can also mark the end of recent weakness (for now at least!) Shortly after the market open, the Dow popped to a new all-time high of 17,368.32 on solid economic news out of Japan. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq are also climbing steadily this morning.
